There was literally five small pieces of steak, that's not what I paid for. The freshness and flavor was good, the inside ingredients seemed to me all mixed up messy. This is not the service Iv had in the Bay Area at chipotle places.

the burrito bowl was tasteless half the stuff that I wanted on it didn't show up the salad had very little lettuce the meat was tasteless it was just a very bland boring food I will not order from there again that was the first time I ordered from Chipotle

My food arrived cold. I ordered a veggie burrito because I do not eat meat, and luckily I opened it before taking a bite because I found two chunks of meat inside. The burrito was also cold, and the bag was not sealed with a sticker when it arrived. Very disappointing, especially since receiving meat in a vegetarian order is a serious issue for me.
