You can clearly tell that that the preparer used the very bottom of the black beans because the bowl was drenched in black juice. As a result my burrito bowl was soupy and soggy and nearly leaked through the bottom. I paid additional money for both double Chicken and Guac and barely received what can be considered a single scoop of Chicken. My past couple orders have been trash, but this last one shouldn't even be considered food. Worst part is, I never leave these type of comments, but what you served me tonight was down right disrespectful, so consider this my boiling point. Run me my refund ASAP cause you don't even deserve a single star Fr.

The rice in our bowls were in huge clumps (clumps too large to fit into our mouths); this happens with a fair amount of frequency.
In addition, my child only ever orders rice, beans and chicken. We pay for extra chicken, but his bowl is literally half the portion size as ours, and costs $4 more. Peace out, Chipotle.

Forgot my chips. I asked the dasher before he left, and he said the store didn't give him any, and my bag with the burrito bowl was still sealed. Burrito bowl itself was cold and a smaller portion. Get the exact same order in-person at the morrisville chipotle, and it's much better from there

our rice was very hard, I had asked for brown rice but they gave me white rice and there wasn't enough chicken in the bowl they also didn't put napkins and utensils in the bag

The extra burrito was balled up like a piece of trash. Skimpy on the chicken
