I paid a lot of extra money for more meat and guac, and this is the lightest bowl I've ever had. No sour cream like I ordered, hardly any guac and just small portions for the value. It was stale. I love chipotle but this was a bad taste, portion, and experience.

I love this store when I get it myself, anytime I order online it's like they just rush to make it and it's a serving size for a child and double meat isn't a thing but yet pay an extensive amount more.

literally the least amount of food I've seen in a burrito bowl. Considering it was a order with added meat will not recommend or order again. WAY to much money for the measly portion that didnt even fill half the bowl.

Not for sure what was went wrong with the flour tortillas but they don't taste fresh at all. The Quesadilla was hard to chew, the rice and beans were dry and the tortillas for the Burrito had a chemical taste to them. I rarely leave a bad review and chalk it up to a bad batch but this I can't ignore. I love Chipotle but this experience isn't it.

The worst order I've ever had from here! The bowls were only about a third of the way full when they are usually full. My family and I are still hungry :(
