Paid for extra chicken (4.75$) and did not receive that, the chicken was cut into incredibly small pieces and dry as heck. Rice was served in huge clumps, got 5 pieces of romaine lettuce and a small amount of cheese. Was not worth it for the amount we paid for it. Usually we are always happy with the quality, but this time it really disappointed.

I ordered the brisket Burrito Bowl and it has the smallest amount of meat I have ever seen from chipotle. It’s almost all rice. They also don’t even secure the bag. It could easily be opened and tampered with and closed back. Over 20 dollars for a bowl of rice essentially.

Orered my usual. It arrived and ithoughttheu sent me the wrong order it was the size of a kids Burrito it was so l lightweight. I always order the same so no reason for less weight. Both the wrap for the burrito and the bag were not sealed. For me to have so many issues on a single item order is not good.

Really disappointed with my burrito. I order from this Chipotle pretty regularly for lunch and always get the same thing. They usually do a really good job. Today the tomatoes from the mild salsa had definitely gone bad and the carnitas meat was overcooked. I wasn’t able to enjoy or finish the burrito because it did not taste good at all.

The burrito bowl was amazing and stacked. Wish there was more lettuce other than that. Super good. And lady that delivered was very sweet
