Both orders were wrong!! Missing items and no plasticware as requested. Drowned in sour cream, barely any chicken.

Food was cold and I paid almost $6.00 for Chips & Guacamole that was the size of small sauce container and not even a half bag of chips .
Don't order Chips & Guacamole not worth the $5.and change

Worst chipotle I've been to. Go to elmhurst. Ordered double meat and it's the same as regular .

I ordered a Burrito Bowl and an additional $4 for extra chicken. The bowl barely had any chicken at all, and looked even less full than usual. Disappointed!

They need to have an option where you can request extra rice and if you want regular minimal or extra of your toppings. It was so drowned in black beans it ruined the entire meal. Also, they put onions and everything which is ridiculous. How about some stuff without onions?
