I ordered two orders of crispy tacos. I ordered chicken with tomato salsa, green hot sauce, lettuce, and cheese. What I got was chicken with some sparse lettuce and a sprinkle of cheese. The taco looked half full and was lacking flavor. I normally get this when I order a chipotle and I never have had to complain before but this time was different.  I was disappointed.

The portion was horrible! Normally the food is great but this had barely any food in the bowl. The meat looked like it was a half scoop. My kids meals half of rice and one was missing a side which was supposed to be double rice

The bowl its self was very very cold, the meat was stiff and It didn't look to have double chicken in it like I paid for. I normally don't like complaining but when you charge almost $20 for a bowl the least you can do is make sure the chicken is cooked right

Chips & Guacamole - chips were extremely stale.
Burrito Bowl was mostly rice, very little chicken, very little cheese, no salsas or sour cream in bowl.

The Guacamole was great - and that was about all! I ordered 3 tacos, the "extras' were so scant hardly there - tomatoes, cheese with lettuce. barely there, and the chicken sure didn't taste like chicken to me. Very disappointed!
