We pay for extra chicken but it always looks like we don't get any extra lots of rice very little chicken.

I asked for half steak/half chicken, there was only chicken it had hardly any rice, and everything was covered In brown old guacamole, overall the bowl was half full and covered in old guacamole.

rice was underdone. the crunchiest burrito I've ever had. and it wasn't labeled so I had to open it up to make sure I didn't accidentally have dairy and get sick and to make sure my husband didn't eat guacamole and have an allergic reaction.

Fiancé spent 18$ on a double meat steak+queso burrito and they provided less qty of food than a regular bowl. Twice in a row. This location has always been hit or miss but has gotten worse recently.

This location is so inconsistent with food quality. Paying for extra protein is pointless because you won't get it. Queso has random meats inside sometimes which is nasty. They get the order wrong 50% of the time and the food is often cold.
