Ordered two burrito bowls. Very small portions that looked NOTHING like the photo. Slopped together in an unappetizing way and expensive. Do yourself a favor and order from an actual Mexican restaurant.

Pretty disappointed this time. My burrito had almost nothing inside — barely any meat or rice, mostly just tortilla. The bowl I ordered was only about three-quarters full, too. For what they charge, you’d expect a full portion and some consistency. Definitely not worth the price today.

Burrito Bowl was made with rice so undercooked it was still crunch. I paid extra for meat and received 4 small pieces. Container was half full of food. Unless you go into the store this is what its like most of the time.

Worst burrito bowl i've had from chipotle. I had about 4 pieces of lettuce, no rice, it was mostly beans and sour cream.... and i few tiny pieces of carnitas. The tacos were wrong, ordered crispy and received soft. Absolutely no meat. Also no utensils or napkins.

Both the salad and the burrito were made incorrectly. The $14 burrito was so tiny. Chips and guacamole were not even included in order. The salad fell in two in the dashers car because it wasn't sealed properly. Very, very disappointing.
