• 5/12/25My Burrito Bowl was excellent! It was a large and perfect portion, (I got 1/2 steak AND 1/2 ) carnitas, plus all the fixins.. it was bursting with flavor and I en every bite! I even ate it cold because when I went inside to pick up my meal, I left my keys on the middle console and my car randomly just locked by itself with my key inside the car, completely visible. Fortunately, the employees were super helpful and the nice young lady working the register came outside and carried a stool for me so I was able to reach in the car and then around to the door in front and flip the lock.. so, im very thankful for your Sunday night crew. They definitely saved me from my potential and likely meltdown, and then sent me home with a meal that was just as fabulous as your team! Thank you so much! I will be back and encourage others to go as well!

• 1/10/25Burrito andBurrito Bowl were phenomenal (aside from THE MASSIVE onions in the fajita veggies) but the Chips & Queso Blanco is INCREDIBLY DISAPPOINTING... there were barely any chips and they few that were there were broken... for almost $4, you'd think the Chips & Queso Blanco would be full 🥺

• 10/14/24Not very much brisket in my Burrito Bowl at all and it was chopped so finely, I could hardly find it, plus it's not that great with the sweet BBQ sauce they put on it. Black beans were slightly undercooked. Too much rice and not enough toppings. Pretty disappointing overall.

• 2/21/23Worst chipotle I have ever been to. Ignored by employees while they had my order sitting in the back and not on the pick up shelf. Why have a pick up shelf if you don't use it. The food was cold, tasted old, and portions were minimal. Very disappointing, will not be back.
