I believe I rated this similarly about a year ago. I tried again hoping it would improve. Nope.
Missing ingredients (queso on Burrito)
SUPER hard and unchewable steak on Burrito
Same super hard steak on the Burrito Bowl
Terrible flavor
They barely put any sour cream on the Burrito Bowl
Surprisingly the best flavor was the Large Chips & Large Queso Blanco but even that queso was cold...
I dont know why this location specifically is consistently bad.

I asked for lettuce I received the minimum possible, everything is like warm but it's nothing to reheat the food. Taste still amazing though! Just wish I had a little more lettuce and more rice. I have door dash pass so my food was under $20 which is amazing considering I'm a college student.

FIRST time I got a correct order and lots of food! Whoever was working tonight. Thank you! Everything was delicious. And the Side of Cilantro Lime Sauce was good.

We asked for romaine on our food. I had a burrito and my husband had the burrito
Bowl. He had 4 large chunks of lettue, not chopped for use in a bowl like this. I had large chunks or Romain as well as whole arugula and whole spinach leaves. It seems they used a mix bag of greens instead of romaine as is standard.
Also we ordered Chips & Guacamole and the guacamole had no tomatoes in it and the pinion chunks were quite large..
overall the burrito and burrito
Bowls were tasty and delivered quickly. I wish this location had the same standards as other locations I've eaten with.

Chips are heavily salted and terribly stale. I wish I could attach the video I took of the floppy chips I have, lol.
