We usually love chipotle but this time we are pretty disappointed. The burrito bowl size was way smaller than usual - it was mostly rice and the toppings all seemed rather tired / wilted. Salsa was skimpy. None of the food arrived anywhere near hot, if anything was barely warm.

Dried out carnitas and stale chips and it didn't have a good portion of anything... if I pay as much as I did for one bowl, I expect it to be phenomenal instead it was disappointing.

Burrito was missing several ingredients clearly checked on the DD app. I finally found a teaspoon amount of guacamole in the last few bites that I was charged an additional $3.65 for (unacceptable).

Ordered a bowl with chicken, white rice and pinto beans. Literally counted 5 pieces of chicken and barely twice that number of beans. What is the point after that? Every item was skimped on and forget about the peppers and onions as they were nearly non-existent. Very poor attempt and will not waste my money with you again.
