• 6/11/26The "burrito" came completely open with wayyyyy too much filling just all spilling out of the tortilla. And it was supposedly double wrapped? I've ordered from chipotle more times than I can count and I've never seen a monstrosity like this before. Couldn't even get it out of the bag

• 3/21/25Ordered a chicken Burrito Bowl and while I forgot to add lettuce the portion was the smallest I've ever seen. Certainly not worth what I paid. I ordered the same thing from the Mt. Juliet location and it was twice the size. Wont be ordering from Lebanon location again.

• 10/8/25Freshness of it was good, the taste is always good, the protions are just perfect size, i would definitely order again, the meat was tender and had lot if flavor, the chips where perfect. Overall the best food I have had

Veggie Full Bowl. And the onions where like dry old. A lot of rice but few black beans and veggies and the guacamole almost black. Before was really good. Hope thr quality will improve again.

• 9/2/25My food was good overall my chicken was a little overcooked. I also ordered a Blackberry Izze but received a sprite instead. I would appreciate the store reaching out and notifying me of their available options or making it a substitute for the order because I would rather get my money back!
