The guac and chips were ok as usual, the bowls was terribly made, not what I expected on something I buy when I go in to order myself. Literally had 1 hunk of meat, black beans were undercooked and topped with 3 pieces of lettuce. Definitely disappointed!

Chips are consistently stale. Burritos are inconsistently made and the meat is always skimpy. Ordering online or eating in store I have never had a good experience with their food

ordered a burrito bowl and chips and guacamole and did not receive the chips and guacamole and that is almost a $7 charge with the addition of the delivery fee and I don't know if I will receive this money back but I am upset and feel as if it should have been put in the bag.

Ordered two burrito bowls. After digging around in bowls, only found ONE EXTREMELY TINY "piece of chicken" per bowl. Very disappointed, won't be ordering again.
