My salad is usually quite full. There was hardly any of the ingredients. This has never happened before. Usually, the container is pushed closed by the lid it's so full. This time it wasn't even filled to the lid. Very small portion for the price.

When I’ve ordered in the restaurant before, the bowls have always seemed much fuller. This time I ordered the sofritas bowl and selected the half chicken option because I understood that to mean it would be half chicken and half sofritas. However, I didn’t receive any sofritas in my bowl, and the overall portion was much smaller than what I’ve received in the past. Also, got the free cilantro lime sauce on side which was bland & flavorless.

Mobile orders they barely put any food in the bowl compared to in person. Paid 20 bucks for 1/4 of a bowl

Ordered 5/21/23. Got a salad bowl and a regular bowl. Salad bowl had little to no lettuce on the bottom, and can't make a special request to add more vinaigrette. The burrito bowl was abysmal. The rice was old and stuck together and crunchy (same with the salad), I got hardly any chicken, and ordered queso for $2.50 extra and could hardly find it in my bowl.
Unbelievable considering after the fees and tip on this app it was $43. Do not door dash from this place.

I thought whoever prepared my burrito made a veggie burrito by mistake. I did notice about a teaspoon of chicken at the bottom of the burrito. Last time I order from chipotle
