Burrito bowl was terrible. I received 2 tiny chicken pieces. Barely any vegetables. The beans are hard. Very disappointing when you spend $25+ for 1 person

Our order was completely wrong. My bowl was underfilled and missing cheese, the rice was dry and hard. My brother got white rice instead of brown and didn't get pico. Our chicken protein cup was missing.

The bowl was half empty. I paid $13 and barely received a full serving. The bag was sealed so I’m sure the driver received it from the restaurant that way.

Double chicken bowl was tasty and large. Steak Bowl was small, steak was tough and cold. I wouldn't get the steak again, it was colder than the lettuce.

"Extra" chicken was $6 but no extra chicken was given in my delivery. In-person line is always very long Asked for black beans but was given pinto beans and attitude when I repeated that I had said black beans. Always saying "we're out of x" when someone in the back is literally about to bring it.
