Overpriced burrito bowl. Steak was very fatty and many pieces were inedible. There was no cheese and the edges of the bowl were empty. This is unacceptable for such as expensive entree.

The portions were very small for a 19 dollar bowl, I finished it in 6 bites and the bowl itself was small and didn't look nothing like the photo and the taste was alright but not that good, I'm honestly disappointed I've heard and seen good things about chipotle and I tried it for the first time and it was honestly disappointing I don't know what all the hype is all about.

My serving size for a veggie bowl was ridiculous, I can literally see the bottom of the bowl on one side. The black beans arent even cooked all the way and the chips and very stale. Very disappointed :(

This was easily the grossest bowl ive ever had. The beans were so disgustingly hard and the portions are ridiculous, I got maybe 8 pieces of chicken . I had to literally hand scoop each of the black beans out to even chew this. For $20 this was such a bad experience.

My daughter made a mistake and only ordered cheese and pico. They don't flag the order as not having any protein and still charged $14 for a container of cheese and pico. The cheese and pico were normal portion, not even extra to account for that being the only thing ordered for $14
