The white rice is completely undercooked and the amount of guacamole is way too small for the upcharge. Chipotle needs to get back to its focus on quality and consistency and good management in their locations. This has really fallen off and makes me choose other options.

Was quick to get here. Guacamole no flavor. My bowl, ha. Half full. Missing things. And for the price...absolutely upsetting

Both bags of tortilla chips for the "Chips & queso" was stale/old. Also some of the beans in my burrito bowl were hard as if they weren't cooked all the way. The alpastor chicken had a lot of fat/gristle on it. Definitely was not a good experience.

My bowls were overfilled with rice and everything else was barely a portion. Unless you go into the location to order and watch them pack your meal it's never good.
