Burrito was complete mess was not even wrapped. Never seen more sour cream and cheese in my life.

Where to begin...
The burrito was legitimately bigger than my thigh. It was so grossly massive and also just an absolute wet mess. It was freezing cold. They added a ton of pico de gallo which is the least offensive crime because I don't mind pico but nevertheless.. that is not what I asked for!
The chips and guac were an even bigger disappointment. The chips were so stale they could bend. So salty, genuine clusters and rocks of salt. The guac was equally foul. There were big chunks of avocado..and let me say the avocado was not ripe. The pieces of onion were way too big like quarter sized pieces of onion. No flavor, egregious lack of salt.

Order took over an hour to arrive and then after it finally arrived the rice was severly under coooked.

the bowl was soaking wet , everything was soaked in water . the bottom was about to fall apart
