Burrito BowlChips & Queso Blanco was lovely 😍 ,the rice was cooke perfectly , the portions of everything was great. The ingredients were fresh everything just perfect. Chips were fresh not stale. loved everything bout my order! they didn't give me the Side of Red Chimichurri sauce but it's ok.

This chicken burrito tasted so good! Everything in it was so fresh, there was plenty of sour cream, plenty of veggies and plenty of chicken. It was such a nice treat I thoroughly enjoyed it and still have 2/3 left to eat tomorrow!

I ordered a burrito with double steak and veggies with sour cream, black beans with white rice, double rap.
I got a small tiny burrito with rice,cheese and half steak.
I had to go back to the store get it remade!
Next day I ordered a Burrito Bowl, full of salt and tastes like the steak was from previous night. This ruined my tastes for the chipotle store close to me.

I’m leaving this review in hopes that management takes this feedback seriously. The front desk staff was highly unprofessional and lacked basic customer service skills. Management needs to actively guide and teach their front-of-house team how to properly treat customers. It was a terrible experience, and I won't be returning.
