My burrito had hardly any carne asada and my first bite was all fat had to take it from my
Mouth. The tortilla was dry and flaky. This is the third time ive ordered food from this chipotle to give it an other chance. But thats it. I'll just order from Rosemont's place.

First of all it was cold. Driver came right away.
Second there was hardly any carnita. I had to pay extra for carnitas. It was all hard dry and stringy. The black beans were mushy. What else can I say but it was awful. I had to doctor it up by putting my own salsa and I had some sour cream at home. I always have something wrong with my order from park ridge. Very disappointed.

I ordered a burrito bowl with Carnitas and veggie and it seems like my bowl is missing both there's barely any meat or vegetables in here. What did I spend $15 for some rice and lettuce?

got a burrito bowl then charged full price for my meat I choose then payed extra fora half serving for another meat but when it came it was half and half but charged full price to receive half portions of both

Kinda sucks when you pay double the normal bowl price for DoorDash to deliver but then every time open the bowl to see that the employee only gave half a scoop of rice and half a scoop of chicken
