I ordered double meat and it was barely a normal portion, the chips and guacamole are old. The guacamole was brown and the chips were stale and very chewy..... chipotle is not cheap, at least I don't think so and not worth what I received. It's a shame. This is obviously an ongoing issue judging from the other reviews.

Ridiculous small portion of chips. Like one handful per bag. Burritos were okay, but very juicy and seriously lacking on everything except sour cream, lettuce, and salsa. Definitely not worth the $15 cost. Also, this location either stopped sealing the bags up for online orders, or just failed to do so for our order. Either way, very dissatisfied.

My burrito bowl is always smashed, and the guac was 3/4 of the way full in the portion cup

Amazing as always never disappointed!! Portion perfect so fresh everytime absolutely recommend again the chicken and sofrofitas are so good !!!!

Paid extra for double meat....had less meat than a standard serving. Ordered veggies on top, barely any was put on. Didn't put the salsa on that I asked for. It was a kids size portion. This location is terrible
