Staying at hotel without personal vehicle. Restaurant forgot my drinks, Open Water Still and Mexican Coca-Cola, and no utensils or napkins provided. Hardly any chips given for the almost $7 Chili Lime Chips & Queso Blanco. The bowl had large chunks of rice clumped together and no meat (I ordered steak) in the Salad bowl. Everything arrived cold.

Entire order was terrible. Both Burrito Bowls were 70% rice and cheese and minimal other ingredients like protein. I ordered 2 chips, I only got 1. And the chips were stale.

I ordered three tacos, a large green salsa, a large queso, and a large chips. I only used Door Dash since the North Fayette location is tragically understaffed right now and are only taking online orders today -- never my preference with Chipotle.
They gave me TWO tacos and the chips bag is 1/3 full at best.
Is that a $40 value to justify the convenience fee?
Not even close.

We have always had good food from Chipotle but our meal tonight was not good. First, our chicken bowls were much smaller than usual and the rice was clumped together. Poor value this visit

despite the bad reviews I gave it a chance but I wish I didn't. the bag wasn't sealed there were no chips to go with the queso. the burrito was basically a rice burrito because they hardly put any meat or other topping on it and yet it was overstuffed and very badly wrapped. Also the rice was hard as well and i probably won't get Chipotle ever again honestly.
