Every aspect of this burrito was underwhelming. It was wrapped with the serving of queso on the outside of it, the steak was tough and tasted like jerky, and the cilantro in the rice was brown. Pretty disappointing for paying 20 dollars.

I have had my fair share of disappointing dashed Burrito Bowls but this was quite the opposite! The bowl was huge and fully stuffed with really fresh ingredients. Grateful for the staff working and giving such a good experience

Chipotle is my go to food when i need to just eat a lot. Their service is beautiful and i love the way you can choose what and how much of something you want when it's right in front of you. delicious and high quality, they're everywhere, just amazing!!

burrito was 90% rice and 10% everything else, though the everything else was mostly sour cream with like six pieces of steak, minimal tomatoes, and barely any lettuce or cheese. Poor construction! Held though, and was still delicious. But I think the employee was either distracted or overworked.

Honestly really disappointed with my order today. The rice is completely different from how Chipotle usually makes it — different grain, different texture, and it didn’t taste fresh. The chicken also was not the same quality or flavor I normally get. My whole order tasted off and honestly didn’t even taste like Chipotle anymore. It felt like food from somewhere random, not the restaurant I paid for. Ended up wasting almost $20 on a meal I couldn’t even enjoy.
