Sadly, this meal was a complete disaster. The cap on the salsa was not sealed. It spilled in the bag, so when I picked up the bag, it broke, spilling the burritos onto the floor, which were not fully wrapped in foil, so they exploded. Seriously, someone had not taken the time to actually wrap the whole burritos fully in the foil. The queso was a smaller size than ordered but that didn't matter because the chips were stale. I mean, wow, Chipotle in Portsmouth. Just wow. There have been increasing issues with missing products/missing ingredients for over a year. I'm calling it--this is my final Chipotle order. Burrito Loco in Hampton is quite good, and will be my new go to. For some reason, this made me sad. Carelessness happens so often that it's now the norm.

I ordered the burrito bowl with Chips & Queso Blanco. My "order" arrived on time, however the burrito bowl was only 1/3 full- about half the size of a child's portion. And the bag of chips had roughly 25 chips in it. I was charged and paid full price!!!

$54 dollars for 3 sprites, tortilla chips, and the smallest burrito and a quesadilla with nothing but cheese. Ridiculous pricing

I have ordered from this chipotle many times and have yet to have a problem with this location until now. I ordered two burrito bowls and they were both made with a combination of different toppings that I hadn't ordered/wanted. I understand that I may not have ordered with enough time for the kitchen to have all ingredients but I was expecting better communication from the location. The driver was wonderful trying to help facilitate this with me.

Very little rice in the bowl and it wasn't cooked enough, the rice was hard. bowl was sup-par with other ingredients as well. Chips were ok and the Queso was the only thing that was warm.
