The bowls were not presented like in the store, salad for my bowl was on the top. The bowl was a mess!
The 2nd Bowl was overserved with rice and toppings again globbed on top!
Finally, for the cost of the bowls, barely 3oz of steak, the star of the dish. Are you kidding me.
Chipotle may have started strong as premium, in my estimation they've become a 2 star restaurant! My wife even expressed total disappointment. Used to use Chipotle as an event planner. You just got scratched off the list. What a disappointing meal experience. This was a Door Dash delivery, no issues with the Dasher or delivery!

I got a Burrito Bowl that had minimal meat and an excessive amount of rice. I could not finish the bowl of rice and mixed toppings. My daughter and fiancé had items that contained chicken. The chicken was burnt and bland underneath.

They over backed on the rice and completely skimped on the cheese and green salsa. It was really dry and I will have to go out and get cheese myself just to add more flavor.

Loved my Burrito Bowl and large chips! Everything tasted so fresh! And all ingredients seemed evenly distributed! Also, chips were super crispy!

The options for the "sides" for the quesadilla meal was pathetic. The steak in the quesadilla was beyond tough to even chew. The guacamole dip was extremely spicy which it shouldn't have been. The burrito bowls had more sour cream than anything else. For the price you're paying on each item is definitely not worth it. Zero point in clicking add utensils because you won't get them. 100% not worth the price
