portion size was small on both bowls mine tasted like the lettuce wasn't washed and the other one chicken was way over cook and burnt would not order from this chipotle but other one have not had a problem

I usually have a good experience with the food being really good at Chipotle. I got the Three Tacos with Chips & Tomatillo-Red Chili Salsa. This time the chips were extremely salty. I mean uneatable salty. The Red Chili sauce was too hot. I don't fault Chipotle for that, that was my fault for ordering that. The drive thru customer service wasn't stellar. Someone must not have felt like working. This experience, this time wasn't favorable. I'll see if they can bounce back next time.

Order was incorrect--lettuce was added while not ordered, no side of Chimichurri. The Barbacoa was not shredded, but in two big clumps. The process of reheating it was not done properly. Portions were kind of balanced, but the overall quality was 4 out of 10.

The store made a fantastic Burrito Bowl that was EXACTLY what I was hoping for when I ordered. I tried the new Honey Chipotle chicken choice and was not a fan. Thankfully the Bowl was very balanced and I still enjoyed it.

Seemed like I only got half a scoop of chicken and rice in my bowl. Somewhat disappointed. Normally can't finish even half because there is so much goodness, but this time it was lacking chicken and rice.
