Ordered a chicken bowl and they only put 4 pieces of bite size chicken. It was mostly a rice bowl. The chips were stale and he no salt, the avocado they put on my bowl was brown ! Definitely the worst I've ever had from this location I did order during lunch hour rush but that does not excuse the quality of the food especially for the price I'm paying plus the delivery and tip.

I order chipotle a couple times a week, this is by far the worse order I've had. Specifically the amount of honey chipotle chicken I received I could count on one hand. In my opinion this would have not been an issue if I was in store ordering. The fact that the customer service quality was less than exceptional is disappointing. I will not be ordering from this store any longer.

A bowl used to be enough for one meal and some leftovers for later. now I'm lucky to get one full bowl and enough meat. carne asada had gristle and gamey bits in the few pieces included. I really wish it wasn't so expensive

There were shards of avocado skin throughout my burrito bowl. The rice was clumped together into completely unseasoned balls and wasn't properly mixed. I've dealt with a few bad chipotle orders but this one wasn't even trying. This location clearly lacks good management / quality control.

Chips & Guacamole guacamole was brownish
Burrito it was like everything was separated. Meat was at one end of the burrito then it was rice and then it was beans and then it was a couple pieces of lettuce and sour cream. It wasn't like a whole burrito to eat it together each ingredient. I basically ate separate.
