The burrito bowl lacked the proper amount of barbacoa beef and a had a small amount of fajita veggies. I got the sense the restaurant was busy and they just threw my order together as quickly together as possible. Also, I ordered a Mexican Coke which comes in a glass bottle and that was put on top of my bowl which was then dented in. Overall, not a good experience.

I was really disappointed with my order. I paid extra for extra chicken on my burrito, but when I received it, the burrito was surprisingly small. It definitely didn’t look like it had the extra portion I paid for, and it wasn’t filling at all. If customers are paying more for extra protein, they should actually receive it. I usually enjoy Chipotle, but this experience didn’t match the quality or value I expect.

My salad barely had any lettuce in it and the guacamole and chips were terrible. Chips had no lime salt and the guacamole tasted like bland avocados. Very disappointing!!!
