So damn good!!!! I got the baddie bowl with adobo ranch delicious and huge portions i always get a tortilla on the side to dump half the bowl into to have a burrito today and a bowl tomorrow!

I’m really disappointed with my recent order. My bowl was barely half full, with only a few small pieces of chicken and very little else. This isn’t the first time this has happened, and it doesn’t feel worth what I paid. If I’m paying extra for items like guac and queso, I expect them to actually be included in the bowl. I’d appreciate a refund or credit for this order.

The store was extrmely dirty. Food was all over the floors and even the ingredients were all mixed together in the containers. (Wouldnt recommend if you have a food allergies) my Side of Guacamole has literal guacamole all over the container and got on all the rest of the stuff in the bag (how hard is it to wipe it down before inserting into the bag) and the lady saw me standing waiting for direction and just ignored me. A fellow customer had to direct me to where to pick up my food. All in all terrible customer service. Lettuce was old. Everything else okay but not work the price

my hands are small and this burrito is not even the size of it. like i'm paying $12 for half a burrito. very disappointed

Overcooked chicken, not enough chicken and I paid extra too much cheese and majority beans, waste of my money!!
