Ordered burrito via door dash. Couldn't opt for extra salsa, so I had to buy a $5 order of chips and salsa. The burrito itself was the smallest I have ever had made at chipotle, despite ordering extra chicken and adding guac. Rice was undercooked. Seems they mail it in via third party delivery apps. I won't be ordering chipotle delivered again.

Portion size really went down. Bag of Chips & Queso Blanco was barely 1/4 full. Burrito Bowl was very small. Barely any guacamole, sour cream or cheese on it. No utensils or napkins provided even though I requested them. For the money paid, it was not worth it.

Burrito was a bit bland. I usually order the bowl because it seems they are more generous with the meat and ingredients that way. My burrito was mainly rice and beans. Will definitely be back to ordering a bowl with a tortilla on the side

SAD PORTIONS. Barely got a half bowl of food and for the price. I love chipotle but this is upsetting for almost 20 dollars
