This Sand City location has been awful my past few visits. Decided to give it a try via DoorDash. Tonight, the rice in my burrito was undercooked and hard, they failed to include fajita veggies, and the burrito was so poorly wrapped that it fell apart as soon as I unwrapped the foil.

Very little steak compared to in-person and mobile order. There was far more sour cream than usual and not enough lettuce. Chipotle is usually great dining in and mobile ordering, but it lacks when ordering through DoorDash.

Chicken Burrito Bowl is nothing like pictured, it was halfway filled portion, sloppy and flavorless with the chicken all dry, the queso was thick jello-like I thought it was more liquidy like cheese dip should be, have gave Chipotle a third try because one out of two times it was ok, but it will be the last time I order from here.

Super small and depressing looking bowl. The Del Monte location does a fabulous job compared to this location. I would highly recommend them over the Sand City one. I definitely didn't get my moneys worth from here.

The guacamole tastes like it has zero salt or lime juice and its already browning, which also shows it doesnt have lime juice.
The steak in my quesodilla is fatty and grissley. Im quite disappointed and one if my best friends worked at chipotle for years and i never had anything my this bad.
