• 3/31/23I got a Burrito Bowl today and this was the first time it was perfect. the portions were great and usually they are half empty when they are made for delivery. i had a beautiful amount of rice. The fajita veggies were cooked perfectly and given in a good amount. The food was actually hot and the cheese was able to melt. everything was golden. just keep it up and make this your regular quality!

• 1/26/25Literally what? I have orderd from here time to time, and the bowl is always full and delicious. This time, it's completely messy, top was half off (and heavily dented) and has chunky dry rice!!

• 10/3/22I hate to say it but this location has been disappointing on more than one occasion. The barbacoa in my burrito bowl was so burnt and dry it tasted like charcoal and was inedible. I'm shocked that they would even consider serving it because it looked like tree bark. Asked for extra lettuce and got less lettuce than usual. In a different order I ordered barbacoa and got chicken.

• 8/20/22I ordered a burrito bowl with chicken and beef, white rice and cheese, all I received was about 12 pieces of beef and a little bit of cheese...all I got was a $4.40 refund when everything costed $21. Never again with chipotle.

• 8/31/25For the amount of food that we received, we should not have been charged almost $20. If anything we should have had our pricing reduced because we did not have rice on either one of our bowls  and in one of the bowls we didn't have any beans so again we should've had things deducted from the price. Because when we got the bowls, it was like the amount of food that was in the bowl itself only took up maybe half of the space.
