Hardly any sofritas. Too much rice. Surprisingly lots of guacamole, which I had to pay extra for. But the kicker. The aluminum foil wasn't even covering more than 1" of burrito on all corners. That is to say it was partially unwrapped in the bag. I for one am grossed out by my food touching the counter in a fast food joint. Sorry not sorry. For as much as their burritos cost, they should be packaged appropriately.

The wrapping was terrible. It fell apart in the foil. And there was too much rice. People pay $15 for a burrito they want toppings not rice.

I had the burrito bowl with brown rice, fajita veggies, beans(black and pinto), corn salsa, tomato salsa, cheese, chicken, sour cream, guacamole. The chicken is so delicious, it has a wonderful smokey flavor. The whole combination is delicious, I really enjoyed it. Too much food, but, now I have lunch for tomorrow!

There were only 6 to 7 small pieces of chicken in the entire bowl. the bowl was overloaded with lettuce and rice was in clumps. Absolutely terrible for what I paid. very unusual for this location that's normally good.

Everything was fine and normal except the amount of chips and Chips & Queso Blanco. $6 for so few chips and queso is insane. I've never gotten so few chips from chipotle before I was shocked when I opened the bag. It's not even half full. Maybe a quarter full. It's enough to mark it as a dislike because for that price it feels like a scam or a mistake.
