The portions are laughable! The difference in portion from walking in to ordering off an app are insane!! The quality is terrible! I received stale chips, old Side of Guacamole, will never order again. It's way too expensive to receive terrible food and very little portion!

I ordered two burrito bowls. One for $15 and the other for $19. The $19 portion was smaller than the $15 and the white cheese was not included. I have ordered the same order multiple times and this time the food was really cold :(

Chips were stale the burrito had almost no meat and the sour cream honestly tasted sour I was trying to switch from free bird but I'm not ordering chipotle again

Another amazing order from Chipotle. The food tasted fresh and delicious as allways, and the food looked incredible. I ordered the Burrito and the Large Chips & Large Queso Blanco. The only thing I have to say, is the portion of chips in my Large Chips & Large Queso Blanco Was very underwhelming. When you order a large chip bag, you expect a lot of chips. It seems this large bag didn't have any more than the regular one! Kind of a scam if you ask me! I absolutely recommend ordering from Chipotle. The only thing keeping this rating from 5/5 stars, was the chips portion.

There was like 4 peices of steak on both burritos, all beans and rice. The chips were over cooked and had no salt or lime. Terrible.
