WOWOW Quesadilla was soft hot and delicious!!! Sides were all fresh and perfectly cooked! no hard rice no cold beans it was amazing! I love this location at The Oaks it's the best Chipotle in Ventura County!

terrible, 18 dollar Quesadilla that was not cooked. the rice was not cooked. won't order from here again as this is a pattern. would not recommend.

Double steak burrito with rice, beans, fajita veggies, and salsa that cost almost $25 was small and underweight, weighing only 570 grams on calibrated scale (according to Chipotle standards, it should weigh 680g). Not filling, unbelievably bad value for money.

They loaded the burrito bowl with rice. Rice felt uncooked or hard. They Added a few pieces of corn .. and there were bay leaves in the rice?

The Burrito Bowl was not quite what I expected: The chicken was too charred for my taste and contained both fat and gristle. There was not enough beans and rice. The corn salsa was delicious, though.
The Chips & Guacamole which had been so good in the past was a disappointment this time. The chips were cold and heavily salted.
