i love chipotle so much, the flavors are amazing and the quality of ingredients are usually good except for their rice. but every time i order i get the same thing; protein, cheese, queso, rice. very simple order. there's usually corn in the queso. sometimes therell be salsa or lettuce or both somehow. sometimes it'll be a mix of all three. i can live with a bit of a mix up once in a while heck i can live with mix ups about 50% of the time but its almost every single time i order. rarely is there an order gotten right. and the pricing keeps going up and the portions keep getting smaller and smaller and smaller. i just paid 20$ for a burrito that is 4in long and 2.5in in diameter. quite frankly i could get four taco bell burritos, each and every single one would be larger and it would still be the price of the one chipotle burrito. i just dont know if i can keep spending this much money on a consistently incorrect and consistently smaller while also consistently more expensive food. :c

ordered a chicken bowl and chips w/ queso. bowl had hardly any of the following ingredients that I ordered (chicken, rice, cheese, lettuce, sour cream) and zero tomato salsa. came with the cup of queso on the side for the chips but no chips.

4 stars because the Large Chips & Large Queso Blanco is the size of a small bag. Dasher was great though. Side of Guacamole was bland

Portions were incredibly small. Compared to the portion size that I usually get in stores, this portion was exponentially smaller. Let's hand out fair portions next time.

for 30$ this is unacceptable
