I know how chipotle burritos look. This one looks like a regular little baby burrito. And there's no color without the tomato and salsa. Disappointed guys.....20$ burrito with tip, tax and deliver fee.

What little meat I had on my half and half Burrito Bowl was burned to a crisp. My sons Kid's Build Your Own the meat was also burned and the soft tortillas was had as brick. Total waste of $25 dollars.

I ordered 4 bowls and all of them were very small portions. Literally small amounts of everything, combining them all would make 2 decent size bowls. My food was very cold and I paid $5 for Chips & Queso Blanco and it came in a very small clear container they usually use for a side of sauces. Definitely don't recommend

The staff at this location were nice, but the food just want good. I got a salad. There was hardly any lettuce and there was a bunch of rice with the other toppings being sparse. Same with the other bowls. They were full of rice with hardly any other toppings. I didn't know until o came to pick up my order and over heard people on the line talking about all the ingredients they did not have. I presume they were attempting to make ingredients last as a couple of staff members mentioned supply issues. As a business, this location shouldn't have been open yesterday if staff didn't have everything they needed to function. Besides this, the bowls were bland with very little flavor.

Did yall even let the rice cook long enough? No way should my rice be crunchier than Popeyes chicken.
