I paid the upcharge for a steak burrito. The steak was very overcooked and dry. The chips I ordered had no salt on them at all. Somebody at Chipotle didn’t care about their job that day.

Burrito was so tiny! I laughed when I opened it and very very little meat. Very well wrapped but nothing in it, I was very surprised!

There was two pieces of chicken and way too much salsa and sour cream. Extremely disappointing

The Chips & Guacamole was great but having to wait 20 mins in the express pick up was ridiculous. I told an employee it was just Chips & Guacamole and she said there was nothing she could do and made me wait. It would have been faster to go through the line.
