My Burrito Bowl had barely any rice in it. I ordered guac and got maybe a fork full. it was cold and my bowl was practically all tomato. This is not the first time i've had an issue with this store, just not worth the money at all.

This store is genuinely & uniquely terrible. Fire the entire staff and start fresh. I frequently order from here and have issues nearly every time. The weight of the bowl is almost half of what I get in store, lettuce is often degrading or black, items are missing, chips -- I can SEE the bottom of the bag through the handful they put in. I will keep ordering because it's one of the affordable "healthier" options but I will continue to report quality concerns and ask for reimbursement as I would in-store. DoorDash has a great support system. I just wish I didn't have to use it as often as I do with this location. Terrible, terrible, terrible.

I've only door dashed chipotle one other time and both times the bowls are really small. I don't know why it's such a big difference in the amount of food from when I come in myself compared to doordash I'm literally paying more to get less food

Do not order Chipotle online or for delivery, as you will often receive less food than in-person customers do. Online and delivery customers can't complain about quantity or quality, since they've prepaid, often at a higher price, and can't address issues in person. As a result, online/delivery customers are at a disadvantage: higher prices, smaller portions, or lower food quality.

They consider this 'guac' a rock solid piece of avocado and steak you pay extra for that only breaks your teeth.
