I frequent Chipotle in person often and via delivery. This is the second time I order (thinking the 1st time a fluke) for delivery and the Burrito Bowl was half empty and the protein almost non-existent and hard. The Quesadilla was overly cooked and kid sized, and the sides were almost non-existent. I paid full-price and was given less than half of what is normally served.

Don't order online. I paid for double chicken and I got a regular scoop. And they will skimp you out on the cold foods hat you can add to your bowl. I used to work for Chipotle back in 2011. We took customer service serious. Now they don't care. I asked the cashier for a lid for my tobassco sauce and she questioned me about it. I'm pretty sure there are no lids next to the cups.

The guac & salsa tasted fresh with good flavor but chips were stale and this happens frequently with this eatery. The burrito bowl just ok as it's not plentiful as it used to be. Some of the carnitas meat was dry and stringy. I think they could do better. But I wont give up on Chipotle yet.

I ordered STEAK burrito which you're charged more for. There was no steak to be found, no cheese. It was just a big rice burrito. Very few beans and a pinch of lettuce.

The Burrito Bowl was ok. The meat was kind of dry and not as generous as in the past. The Chips & Fresh Tomato Salsa chips were dry and lacked flavor. The salsa and Side of Guacamole were ok.
