Chipotle is 99% of the time excellent. But today the burrito was just terrible. Bland, too much rice, rice was dry, and barely any chicken.

Got a whole pieceof avocado that wasn't even ripe, in my bowl. I paid guac when really I paid for a hard chunk of avocado

Gave no food in my burrito bowl, put like 5 peices of chicken and messed up the order and puts salsa in it when i did not ask for that.

So bad they just put all rice in my burrito prolly 5 pieces of meat it was 19 bucks

I never understand why chipotle whenever you order a salad they always give you a ton of rice and just sprinkle lettuce on top thinking that giving you a side dressing will make it a salad... they need to work on that ratio when someone orders a salad and not a burrito bowl.
