Worse chipotle I have been to. We walked in, the person in charge said the counter was closed and to order online. So, we did. When I returned to get my order, they could not find it. After a couple of minutes , they said they found it. I hit home and the quesadillas were burnt and the burrito was 50% sour cream. In other words, we could not eat any of the order.

Normally its great but this bowl was very light not nearly what I paid for. Also the chicken was so burnt I kept biting into black char. Normally theyre good tho so I dint want to give it a 1 star but this was not it.

This is the 3rd order from this store that has been terrible. I ordered the chicken Burrito Bowl and it's consistently been terrible. I don't like leaving bad reviews like this but this past experience I've had enough. There was barely any chicken or rice in my food and it tasted like metal. I love chipotle and when I order lunch at work from the closest store there it's always delicious. This store is disappointing compared to any other one I've eaten from. I couldn't even finish my meal. I will not be ordering again unless I get from another store.

This store is terrible ° I dislike the portions and quality of food. Their sprinkle bowls blow my mind. I say sprinkle because when you get Burrito Bowl it's a sprinkle of this and a sprinkle of that° They actually get away with giving you half a portion bowl. The quality of their rice is crunchy. The only thingvI received that was good was the Chips & Queso Blanco and Side of Guacamole . I would nit recommend this store not on the app anyway. To add more insult they are more high in price then their local surrounding stores. I really want to rate zero

No chips with the queso, even though ordered Large of chips and queso. Burritos only wrapped half way around. Rice in burritos was old. Not undercooked, but hard from sitting out too long. Open burritos put into brown bag with handles sealed, but still open during delivery. Protein bowl was OK. Wouldn't order it again though. Overall, would never order from this one again. Try a different location.
