I did not take photos this time. By the time I remembered, the food was halfway finished. You get good portions of really good food for a reasonable price. Pictures will never do the CRISPY CHICKEN tacos justice. The chicken portion is too big for the doubled corn tortilla to fold around!! (No complaints here lol) It's well seasoned and the toppings refreshingly compliment the flavors.
The fried yuca was fresh hot and were actually real yuca slices, not that processed stuff. 10/10, will always recommend.

The flavor was good but $8 for 1 taco is a bit ridiculous. A piece of breaded chicken for that price is not worth it. They weren't traditional tacos. Next time I'll go to an authentic taco spot. Pineapple and chorizo is a strange combo. The food was fresh but it would be a rare occasion for me to order here again.

The pork belly & steak tacos are my favorite! Love how there's so many amazing fresh flavors, just amazing. The churros did not impress me, it kinda tasted stale, & just sugar on it, no cinnamon & you get 4 for $5 which is overpriced in my opinion. Everything else was great :)

The short rib bowl is possibly one of the best dishes I've had outside of a Michelin star restaurant.
The flavor and texture composition is belied by the $15 price point – it's balanced in every way you could imagine; sweet, salty, tart, spicy, umami are all gleefully represented in this cacophony of flavor and color.
If you neglect to order this dish, you're doing your pallet a disservice. 
6/5 stars to the folks behind the line at Solo Choy, y'all are absolute rockstars.

Food was great. Real steak and the CRISPY CHICKEN was phenomenal. This could be my fault, but some of the photos made me think 2 tacos came in an order. I would order 3 per person.
