I ordered the Vegetarian Pad Thai + tofu and requested chicken on the order, however it only came with tofu and hardly any vegetables - looks like one slice of carrot and a few shreds of cabbage. Nothing like the photo!
The 30 # Chicken Coconut Soup (Tom Kai Gai) has wonderful flavor and had several vegetables. This is the real winner of the order!
13# Spring Roll (3pcs.) were good but very greasy.
Not sure the value for the price is there, but I'll try again.

The 17. Pad Thai Chicken tasted awful. It was dry, flavorless, and at first sight unappealing. The sauces are now those tiny sauce packets. I'm not sure if they are under new management, but this meal was disappointing and just ick. I didn't finish mine, and the other plate was thrown in the trash. The egg rolls were decent, somewhat oily. The last time I ate there was in late 2023 or early 2024 and it was good!

BURNT FOOD. We were excited to try something new. Just say no! 13. Spring Roll 2 Pieces - outside was nice andcrispy, but the inside was mushy. 12. Fried Rice Shrimp - BURNT rice, overcooked Shrimp.11. Pad Thai Beef - BURNT noodles. 23. Padd-See-Eew - dry chicken, BURNT and oddly dry noodles. For some reason, they sprinkled garlic powder on top of all the dishes. The garlic was obvious and overpowering. We didn't get our Fountain Drink. Disappointing to say the least, and the $60+ price tag just made it worse. Just to be clear the portions were very large but what's the point if everything tastes burnt. We would not order from this restaurant again. Do not recommend.

I haven't had ChooChai in over 20 years, and I am sorely disappointed. I was trying to support their business because of the construction on 19th. The food I received was pretty much inedible.
The 6. Pork Egg Rolls 3 Pieces were burnt and dry. And they came served in a plain paper bag. Very unsanitary.
The 17. Pad Thai Chicken came with one small shred of chicken, the egg was not incorporated, and there were dry herbs in the container. They weren't incorporated during the cooking process.
This is all careless work. Shame on you ChooChai. I had to throw it all away and go pick up new food. Never again will I order from here.
