Omg they are who they think they are !! This was so good and what a generous serving!! The Golden Bowl was to die for!!! ! I am creole and jumbalaya is a staple in our culture , and this one made me proud!

that Golden Bowl is exactly what I needed these past few months. A special kind of love for that jambalaya rice.
A nice and cold Oga Palmer will always do the trick washing it down and feeling good.
the portions make it where I can split it with a friend easily.

This was amazing. So flavorful . I added a side portion of steak the Golden Bowl as I wanted to try both proteins-10/10. So filling to where I'm gonna have the leftovers for lunch tomorrow

This place is AMAZING. Not enough words to describe just how good everything is. The Rice & Greens (16oz) is so flavorful. The Motherland Curry (12oz)is my absolute fav and the Blok Chicken (8oz).... sooooo good!

I first tried them a few years ago at POST Houston and thought the food was amazing, so I decided to try the Montrose location. A friend and I initially went in person, but the wait was extremely long, so I ended up ordering through DoorDash while I was at work.
Unfortunately, this time the food didn’t taste the way I remembered. The overall flavor was much saltier than expected. It was my first time trying the steak, and the texture reminded me of beef jerky—very chewy. The chicken, however, was good and had a nice smoky flavor. The jollof rice was a bit hard, which was disappointing.
Overall, the meal was just okay. It wasn’t terrible, but for the price, I can’t say it was worth it.
