This is my absolute favorite salad from Chopt. I could eat this kale salad every single day. Vegetables are always fresh and crisp. The combination of flavors is music to my palate. I only wish they had a restaurant near my home.

Both salads were bland (how is that even possible? - I don't know but they achieved it) and had very few bits of chicken and other toppings. Loaded down with lettuce but that was about it. I paid for the extra topping of pickled onions and could barely find those. Very disappointing. Guess I'm spoiled with flavor and balanced topping portions by Sweet Green...

Chicken tinga bowl is so good! It's best when the kale is marinated, but sometimes it's just regular raw kale. Big portion and they don't skimp on the avocado. I get it every time.

Paid for extra chicken in the make your own wrap, and the wrap was 85% spinach. Not worth $40 for two wraps.

I am a salad person and I declare that this was absolutely the best salad I have ever had, it was DELICIOUS. I could eat this every day for the rest of my life, :)
