Everything was delicious. Spicy Crispy Beef 香脆牛丝 was excellent with the right amount of heat (no sweet sauce like crispy beef at other places). And i loved the General Tso Chicken 左宗鸡. We both though the Lo Mian 炒面 was really good too. Also really good portions.

The Spicy Crispy Beef and Dan Dan Noodles are absolutely incredible. One of my favorite meals for a special occasion, so comforting! Wish the beef came with a bit more beef and less chilis, but definitely a big enough portion to be a meal in itself especially with rice.

The Sauteed Beef w. Cumin 孜然牛肉 came with about 6 pieces of beef and 300 dried peppers. Is that normal? Fried Rice 炒飯 was lame, the mushroom wasn't fully cooked. But the 2 stars are for the Sichuan Spicy Dumpling 钟水饺 . Some of the best dumplings we've had in a while!

Theyve gone extremely downhill in the past year or so. Food is either flavorless, soggy, spicy to the point of it being unenjoyable, or covered in an oil slick. Ingredient quality and quality control has also fallen by the wayside. I ordered the Orange Beef 陳皮牛 to try something new after being lightly disappointed the last time or two and it was mealy and contained (in addition to the overbreaded and soggy beef) dry brown chunks throughout it that smelled rancid and look completely different than anything id ever seen in an orange beef at other restaurants before. And the broccoli was on its last legs in a dry and yellowing kind of way. We used to love this place but will not be ordering from here on the forward.
