My cheesestak and fries arrived piping hot. Everything smelled so good, I just tore into it and forgot to take a photo. I think this is the best cheesesteak in the city. Perfect balance of vegetables to steak and cheese. You can taste all the ingredients. I dont normally like seasoned fries, but I make an exception fo these. Not overly seasoned or greasy.

The Italian Beef was so disappointing the meat was very dry and flavorless they forgot the au jus and didn't allow you to modify at all so the cheese whiz ruined the whole sandwich definitely do not belong on Italian Beef . The Chicken Tender Basket was really good but they could have gave more than 3 tenders for $12

I ordered from the Chubby's in the city for years and it was consistent as can be and this is my first order after moving and I got a sub that was half full that definitely didn't get shifted in transport because there was no cheese residue at all on half the bread other than one tiny dribble at the bottom along with a tiny layer of sub ingredients in a mostly empty half of sub, the other half was a normal half of a sub from Chubby's and about the same filling as all of the other sub that, other than having mushrooms instead of jalapeños, was the exact same sub . Our loaded tots were in fact not tots at all but a smashed flat pancake of what might have once been tots in an otherwise pristine container.
I will order again because the locations I have been to before have built up a lot of goodwill but this is embarassingy poor quality.

Famous Shake was delicious if a bit over priced. Fries w/ Cheese Whiz and Breaded Mushrooms were both really great and arrived crispy and fresh (the cheese was smartly served separately). The Cheesesteak was surprisingly the most disappointing part, coming from a place with cheesesteak in the name we didn't expect that. It was so dry it was kind of hard to eat. We added sauce from the fridge to be able to eat it.

Paid over 50 dollars and did not receive any real cheese... overcooked noodles in the Mac N Cheese, cheese whiz and marinara ( steak was also ground up) on the Pizza Cheesesteak. Not a lick of chili on the Chili Cheesesteak Fries. Also forgot my fries for my Pizza Cheesesteak combo. Would order again if they go back to how they used to be.
