This time I ordered it without the boba, and I’m glad I did! The iced salted milk tea finally had that smooth, creamy, slightly salty flavor I remembered. 🧋 The Taiwanese chicken was crispy and flavorful as always, and the two went really well together. Definitely prefer the drink without boba! 😋

Chu Cha’s iced sea salt milk tea and popcorn chicken combo is a great value. The light salty taste of the milk tea pairs really well with the crispy popcorn chicken — it’s a surprisingly good combination.
The only thing is… having this at night might be a bit too indulgent. Makes me wonder if all those calories will come back to haunt me 😅
Still, it’s definitely a tasty treat I enjoy from time to time.
