I ordered the hot chicken sandwich level 2 and I should have gone up because it really wasn't spicy, but it was super flavorful and a great size. I loved the sauce and the fries were great too! They were also very quick making my order.

Their level 5 tenders are large, juicy, and for the first few bites, delicious. After bite 2 or 3, I can't taste anything but pain. The pickles and mac are quite good and help with the pain. Their heat levels are not for show, I've been up all night with a runny nose and burning insides. But I've ordered this before and will order it again. Don't get a 6.

Didn't give me all my sauce I paid for. Honestly the fries are not that great. They were just plain basic unseasoned fries. The sandwich was a really good size. The chicken strips were huge. Everything was hot and fresh. I would definitely get again this is my 3rd time ordering from them. I would definitely get level 3 if you want heat but not too much. Below that is just plain chicken.

I irdered the 3 & 5 Piece Chicken Strips The portions are huge. Chicken is crispy and not greasy. The fries and greenbeans were really good, too. Enough to feed me and my two kids , and still have some for leftovers!

Love Chuck's- by far the best chicken sandwich I have found. I love the slaw on it.
I have no cons...seriously best chicken sandwich when you are looking for real, not frozen, chicken with legit breading...I can't do spice so I get it without but hands down my preference for a great chicken sandwich!
